As you know by now, ArmourZero's AI-Powered Automated Vulnerability Management (AVM) platform have been built to automatically discover and identify vulnerability for you right at the start of coding and along the software development lifecycle (SDLC), even before any pentester comes onboard.

How to enable and disable Two-Factor Authentication

For extra security or compliances purpose, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is needed during you login. However, if required, you can easily update your Two-Factor Authentication setting.

 

Notes:

By default, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled.

Use an authenticator app of your choice and scan the QR code provided or manually key in the Secret code provided into the authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.

 

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

1. Go to left menu and select Accounts Setting under SETTINGS section or click on your profile icon at the top right corner, select Accounts Setting.

2. Click on Security menu and “Update” under the Two-Factor Authentication session.

3. Scan the QR code provided or manually key in the Secret code provided into the authenticator app. Enter the 6 digit security code from the authenticator app.

4. Click “Enable”.

5. You will be automatically logout to refresh your login session. 

6. Please sign in to your account again. Enter the 6 digit security code from the authenticator app and click “Login”.

Disable Two-Factor Authentication

1. Go to left menu and select Accounts Setting under SETTINGS section or click on your profile icon at the top right corner, select Accounts Setting.

2. Click on Security menu and “Update” under the Two-Factor Authentication session.

3. Toggle the button of the Two-Factor Authentication.

4. Enter the 6 digit security code from the authenticator app and click “Verify”.

5. You will be automatically logout to refresh your login session.

ArmourZero platform performs best on Google Chrome but is also supported by Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. Here is the list of supported browser versions:-

 

ArmourZero Platform Browser Compatibility:

The ArmourZero platform is optimized for Google Chrome, ensuring the best performance. Additionally, the platform is compatible with Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. The following browser versions are supported:

  • Microsoft Edge: The current release
  • Mozilla Firefox: The current release
  • Google Chrome: The current release
  • Apple Safari: The current release or any other browser agreed upon in writing by the Provider

 

System Requirements:

  • For Windows users: Windows 7 or later (minimum requirement for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge).
  • For macOS users: OS X 14 or later (minimum requirement for the latest Safari version).

 

Notes:

  1. Please make sure that your computer or device has network connectivity to reach our website. If you're having a network connectivity issue, the easiest to fix the problem is to try to reconnect again to your network. 
  2. If you've already done reconnecting but the problem still persists, kindly contact your internet service provider. They can help you find out whether your router is set up correctly.

Manage role and access

Role and access

There is no limit for you to add admin into ArmourZero. Admin's account is created based on their role in the company and each of this role have their own access or view. It's important to understand the different between each role. Each admin within your account is assigned a specific role, and an admin can only have one role at a time.

 

Role Function of the role / Access
Administrator

 

The highest level role in your account is “Super Admin,” and that is the person who signed up for this account for the first time.

As the account owner, you have full authority over your ArmourZero account, granting you a complete control. It is important to note that only the Super Admin has the capability to invite new admin.   

 

Information Security

 

The information security role referring to CIO and its cyber operation team is granted access to manage all vulnerabilities' finding and its remediation including download reports.

 

Lead Developer

 

The lead developer role is granted access to manage all vulnerabilities' finding and its remediation. This role also be able to add new repository, new domain and new cloud infrastructure account for vulnerability assessment.

 

Developer

 

The developer role is granted access to manage their own or assigned vulnerabilities' finding and its remediation. This role also be able to add new repository for vulnerability assessment.

 

Risk Management

 

The information security role referring to CISO and its cyber analyst/compliances/risk team is granted access to view all vulnerabilities' finding and its remediation including download reports.

 

Finance

 

The finance role is granted access to view and manage billing-related information within your account. This role specifically build for finance team to handle financial aspects, such as invoicing, payment processing, and other billing-related tasks. 

 

Technical Support

 

The technical support role is granted access to specific technical related matter such as the dashboard, services and communication with Security Analysts.

How to invite your admin team

Before adding new admin to your console, it's vital to comprehend the distinctions between each role. Each user in your account is designated a specific role, and one admin can hold only one role at a time.

How to suspend or reactivate you admin team's access

In the event your admin team resigned or reassigned to other department and no longer need to access to ArmourZero platform, you can suspend their access anytime. When you suspend an account, the user will be unable to log in to their account.

 

Suspend admin team login

1. Login as Super Admin account. Go to Accounts under Admin section.

2. Search for the user that you would like to suspend. 

3. Click on the icon highlighted.

4. Click "Confirm"to suspend the user. 

Reactivate admin team login

1. Login as Super Admin account. Go to Accounts under Admin section.

2. Search for the user that you would like to suspend. 

3. Click on the icon highlighted.

4. Click "Confirm"to activate the user. 

 

Notes:

This action only can be performed by the super admin of the account.

How to update your admin team's password

As Super Admin, you can update or reset your admin team account's password.

 

Update admin team's password

1. Login as Super Admin account. Go to Accounts under Admin section.

2. Search for the user that you would like to reset theirs password. 

3. Click on the pencil icon.

4. You can change the password, then click "Update" once complete.

 

Notes : This action only can be performed by the super admin of the account.

How to transfer Super Admin account to new Admin

You as Super Admin, owner of your company's ArmourZero account is allow to transfer this ownership to a new Super Admin.

 

Add admin team

1. Login as Super Admin account. Go to Accounts Setting under Setting section.

2. Under the Profile menu, click "Change" next to the email address.

3. Verify if an email has been previously used, click on the "Check Email". If the email is valid and available, the status will changed to Valid and the Email column will changed to green colour.

Notes: If the email is already associated with an account, please reach out to your Success Manager for further assistance.

5. Then click "Send" at the OTP column. The One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the current owner of the account, ensuring a secure verification process.

6. Please check your email for further instructions. To complete the transfer of account ownership, you will need to add the One-Time Password (OTP) provided in the email. This step ensures the successful transfer of ownership for the account.

Audit Log

When having multiple admins in your account, there will inevitably be track activities in your account. Use these audit logs to see all activities in your account.

1. Login as Super Admin account. Go to Audit Logs under ADMIN section.

 

Notes: This feature only can be viewed by the super admin of the account.

Installing the ArmourZero Mobile Apps

ArmourZero Mobile Apps is an application for you to create, receive and view MDR Ticket from your mobile device or tablet. It’s designed to let you quickly respond and work with all your tickets and security matters, eliminate the delay through emails response and other inefficient method.

 

You can download the ArmourZero Mobile App from your mobile app store: 

 

For iOS users

1. Open App Store on your iOS device.

2. Click on search and type in the search bar "ArmourZero".

3. Identify the icon as per below to ensure you download the correct app.

4. Tap on the "Get" icon to begin to authenticate and download.

5. Once installing is successfully completed, tap "Open" to access the app.

For Android users

1. Go to Play Store on your Android device

2. Tap on Search bar and type "ArmourZero"

3. Identify the ArmourZero icon as per below to ensure you download the correct app

4. Tap on the "Install" button and wait until the installing is finish

5. Once installing is successfully completed, tap "Open" to access the app

Logging in to ArmourZero Mobile Apps

The ArmourZero Mobile Apps lets you response or create new ticket quickly, on the go, through your mobile device or tablet.

 

Logging in

You can login to ArmourZero mobile app using your email address and password.

In case you forget the password for your ArmourZero account, please click on "Forget Password?" below the password text box. Enter your email address and we will send you the instructions to reset your password.

Notes: Resetting your account password from mobile app will be applied to your password in ArmourZero console as well.

If that email address is associated with a user profile in that ArmourZero account, you will receive the password reset from your email.

Notification and settings in ArmourZero Mobile Apps

You could receive instant notification in ArmourZero's Mobile app whenever a SOC (MDR) ticket responded.

 

Notification

The Notification screen displays any recent ticket alerts you've received, and indicates how many new notification are on the list:

  • When new ticket are created.
  • New responses to your tickets.
  • Status update on your tickets.

To open the Notification screen, both iOS and Android users can tap the "bell" icon in the upper right corner.

On this screen, you can:

  • View all ticket notifications received.
  • Tap notification to view the associated ticket.
  • Mark notification as read.

Settings

The Settings screen lets you configure the basic setting in your mobile device or tablet. Both iOS and Android users will have similar settings screen. To access Settings, go to the "gear" icon on the upper right side of your screen.

On this screen, you can:

  • Change password.
  • Enable dark mode.
  • Go through ArmourZero's privacy policy.
  • Log out ArmourZero Mobile Apps.
