Creating an account for the first time

As ArmourZero have 2 different products, ShieldOne and ScoutTwo, both have minor differences in terms of first time account creation. 

Step 1: Request Demo

It is upmost important to understand your requirements when come to IT Security Operation as different product and service serves different parameter security protections and preventions. Thus you will go through with "Request Demo" in order for our consultant to guide and advise you better.

1. Click on the Request Demo button on our main page 

2. Fill up all your particular, accept the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy and click on Request Demo. Our consultants will get in touch with you within 24 hours after your submission.

After our consultant briefed and walkthrough with you, you can now complete the ArmourZero account creation. You will receive a welcome email containing the link to initiate your account setup. 

Step 2: Complete the account creation

1. Open your inbox and locate the email titled "Welcome to ArmourZero - Start here."

2. Click on the "Register Now" button within the email.

3. Your requested demo information will be conveniently pre-filled. Please take a moment to review and confirm the accuracy of these details.

4. Create your password.

5. For security measure, open your inbox again and look for an email titled of "ArmourZero | Verify your email address".

6. Click on the "Verify Now" button within the email.

Login in into your existing account

1. Go to ArmourZero console at www.armourzero.com.

2. On the top right corner menu, click "Login".

3. Click "Sign in" to complete your log-in to your account.

As you know by now, ArmourZero's ShieldOne, the ITSecOps unified platform have been built to improve your cybersecurity operation efficiently like no one else does. Simplifying cybersecurity is our vision for you.

Upon completed the new subscription, you will go through below:

1. ArmourZero's Onboarding Manager will get in touch with you on the onboarding process. This onboarding process includes:

Enable DevSecOps and manage vulnerabilities

You just need a few simple steps to start enabling security in your DevOps.

1. Manage role and access.

2. Integrate with DevOps pipeline tools 

3. Enable web security assessment.

4. Enable code security analysis.

The company information is crucial in order to ensure correct company's admin assigned and billing attention correctly. In additional, ArmourZero's ShieldOne able to price and invoice at local currency and your account's address will determine the local currency.

Supported currency : 

• Malaysia: MYR (Ringgit Malaysia).

• Singapore:  S$ (Singapore Dollar).

• Other countries: $ (US Dollar).

How to change your company information

This guide is for both ShieldOne and ScoutTwo.

1. Go to left menu and select Accounts Setting under SETTINGS section or click on your profile icon at the top right corner, select Account Settings.

2. Change or update information whenever necessary. 

Notes:

The country selection on the billing address page is uneditable at your end. Contact our account manager if you want to change your account address to other countries.

There is no limit for you to add admin into ArmourZero. Admin's account is created based on their role in the company and each of this role have their own access or view. It's important to understand the different between each role. Each admin within your account is assigned a specific role, and an admin can only have one role at a time.

• How to invite your admin team

Before adding new admin to your console, it's vital to comprehend the distinctions between each role. Each user in your account is designated a specific role, and one admin can hold only one role at a time.

You may refer Role and access for each admin's role and it functions. 

In the event your admin team resigned or reassigned to other department and no longer need to access to ArmourZero platform, you can suspend their access anytime. When you suspend an account, the user will be unable to log in to their account.

1. Login as Super Admin account. Go to Account under Admin section.

2. Search for the user that you would like to suspend. 

3. Click on the three dots action icon  and select "Edit profile".

4. Change status to "Suspend".

Reactivate admin team login

1. Login as Super Admin account. Go to Account under Admin section.

2. Search for the user that you would like to suspend. 

3. Click on the three dots action icon  and select "Edit profile".

4. Change status to "Active".

As Super Admin, you can update or reset your admin team account's password.

Update admin team's password

You as Super Admin, owner of your company's ArmourZero account is allow to transfer this ownership to a new Super Admin.

This guide is for both ShieldOne and ScoutTwo.

1. Login as Super Admin account. Go to Account under Admin section.

2. Go to the top right corner and click on the profile icon beside your username.

3. Change your email to the new Super Admin's email.

4. Verify if an email has been previously used, click on the "Check Email". If the email is already associated with an account, please reach out to your Success Manager for further assistance. If the email is valid and available, proceed next.

Notes: Error if the email is already associated with an account.

5. Click "Send OTP". The One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the current owner of the account, ensuring a secure verification process.

6. Please check your email for further instructions. To complete the transfer of account ownership, you will need to add the One-Time Password (OTP) provided in the email. This step ensures the successful transfer of ownership for the account.

When having multiple admins in your account, there will inevitably be track activities in your account. Use these audit logs to see all activities in your account.
