For extra security or compliances purpose, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is needed during you login. However, if required, you can easily update your Two-Factor Authentication setting.
Notes:
By default, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled.
Use an authenticator app of your choice and scan the QR code provided or manually key in the Secret code provided into the authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
1. Go to left menu and select Accounts Setting under SETTINGS section or click on your profile icon at the top right corner, select Accounts Setting.
2. Click on Security menu and “Update” under the Two-Factor Authentication session.
3. Scan the QR code provided or manually key in the Secret code provided into the authenticator app. Enter the 6 digit security code from the authenticator app.
4. Click “Enable”.
5. You will be automatically logout to refresh your login session.
6. Please sign in to your account again. Enter the 6 digit security code from the authenticator app and click “Login”.
Disable Two-Factor Authentication
1. Go to left menu and select Accounts Setting under SETTINGS section or click on your profile icon at the top right corner, select Accounts Setting.
2. Click on Security menu and “Update” under the Two-Factor Authentication session.
3. Toggle the button of the Two-Factor Authentication.
4. Enter the 6 digit security code from the authenticator app and click “Verify”.
5. You will be automatically logout to refresh your login session.
