Creating an account for the first time

As ArmourZero have 2 different products, ShieldOne and ScoutTwo, both have minor differences in terms of first time account creation. 

Step 1: Request Demo

It is upmost important to understand your requirements when come to IT Security Operation as different product and service serves different parameter security protections and preventions. Thus you will go through with "Request Demo" in order for our consultant to guide and advise you better.

1. Click on the Request Demo button on our main page 

2. Fill up all your particular, accept the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy and click on Request Demo. Our consultants will get in touch with you within 24 hours after your submission.

After our consultant briefed and walkthrough with you, you can now complete the ArmourZero account creation. You will receive a welcome email containing the link to initiate your account setup. 

Step 2: Complete the account creation

1. Open your inbox and locate the email titled "Welcome to ArmourZero - Start here."

2. Click on the "Register Now" button within the email.

3. Your requested demo information will be conveniently pre-filled. Please take a moment to review and confirm the accuracy of these details.

4. Create your password.

5. For security measure, open your inbox again and look for an email titled of "ArmourZero | Verify your email address".

6. Click on the "Verify Now" button within the email.

Login in into your existing account

1. Go to ArmourZero console at www.armourzero.com.

2. On the top right corner menu, click "Login".

3. Click "Sign in" to complete your log-in to your account.

As you know by now, ArmourZero's ShieldOne, the ITSecOps unified platform have been built to improve your cybersecurity operation efficiently like no one else does. Simplifying cybersecurity is our vision for you. 

It's relatively easy to start with and operate your daily cybersecurity matters with ArmourZero's ShieldOne.

New customer

If you are new customer that newly subscribed to our ShieldOne's service, this section will guide you how to start with us. If you are existing customer and have completed the onboarding process, please refer to below Existing customer journey session.

Upon completed the new subscription, you will go through below:

1. ArmourZero's Onboarding Manager will get in touch with you on the onboarding process. This onboarding process includes:

a. Stage 1: Planning and Preparation

b. Stage 2: Policy Enablement

c. Stage 3: Handover to SOC

2. During the whole onboarding process, you will be guided to use our console. Some important information that you can refer to:

1. Click on the Start for Free button on our main page 

2. Fill up all your particular, accept the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy and click on Sign Up for Free.

Step 2: Complete the account creation

2. Click on the "Register Now" button within the email.

3. Your requested demo information will be conveniently pre-filled. Please take a moment to review and confirm the accuracy of these details.

4. Create your password.

Login in into your existing account

If you are new customer that newly subscribed to our ScoutTwo, you will be automatically in Free Plan. Our Free Plan, unlike trial period, the plan don't have limited time!

Free Plan details:

If you wish to have more projects, scans, AI Assistant or OWASP Compliance, you can anytime upgrade the free plan to paid plan.

Enable DevSecOps and manage vulnerabilities

You just need a few simple steps to start enabling security in your DevOps.

1. Manage role and access.

2. Integrate with DevOps pipeline tools 

3. Enable web security assessment.

4. Enable code security analysis.

The company information is crucial in order to ensure correct company's admin assigned and billing attention correctly. In additional, ArmourZero's ShieldOne able to price and invoice at local currency and your account's address will determine the local currency.

Supported currency : 

• Malaysia: MYR (Ringgit Malaysia).

• Singapore:  S$ (Singapore Dollar).

• Other countries: $ (US Dollar).

How to change your company information

This guide is for both ShieldOne and ScoutTwo.

1. Go to left menu and select Accounts Setting under SETTINGS section or click on your profile icon at the top right corner, select Account Settings.

2. Change or update information whenever necessary. 

Notes:

The country selection on the billing address page is uneditable at your end. Contact our ArmourZero team via in-app SOC Ticket if you want to change your account address to other countries.

You can easily change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.

Change password

1. Go to the top right corner and click on the profile icon beside your username.

2. After a dropdown appears, click on “Change Password”.

3. A pop-up will appear. You will have to input your current password and then proceed to input your new password.

4. Click “Save” to finish.

Reset password

In the event you forgotten your password, you can easily reset with below guide.

1. Open the console login page, click on the "Forgot Password?".

2. You will reach a reset password page. Enter your email and click on "Send reset link". 

3. Check your email, you should be received an email subject "ArmourZero | Request to reset your password".  Click on the "Reset Password" button in the email.

4. You will be directed to a reset password page. You can key in your new password accordingly.

ArmourZero platform performs best on Google Chrome but is also supported by Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. Here is the list of supported browser versions:-

ArmourZero Platform Browser Compatibility:

The ArmourZero platform is optimized for Google Chrome, ensuring the best performance. Additionally, the platform is compatible with Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. The following browser versions are supported:

• Microsoft Edge: The current release
• Mozilla Firefox: The current release
• Google Chrome: The current release
• Apple Safari: The current release or any other browser agreed upon in writing by the Provider

System Requirements:

• For Windows users: Windows 7 or later (minimum requirement for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge).
• For macOS users: OS X 14 or later (minimum requirement for the latest Safari version).

Notes:

1. Please make sure that your computer or device has network connectivity to reach our website. If you're having a network connectivity issue, the easiest to fix the problem is to try to reconnect again to your network. 
2. If you've already done reconnecting but the problem still persists, kindly contact your internet service provider. They can help you find out whether your router is set up correctly.
