Register to become ArmourZero's partner (reseller)

If you want to promote and resell ArmourZero solution, the first step is to sign up as ArmourZero's partner.

 

You will have access to ArmourZero's partner portal in which you can manage deals such as deal registration, subscription status including information and it's expiry.

 

Sign up as ArmourZero's partner

1. Sign up as partner in this link.

2. Fill up the form and wait for ArmourZero team to be in touch soon.

3. When your request has been approved, check your registered email and click "Register Now" to create an account and access to the ArmourZero's partner portal.

4. Create a password for your account.

5. Once you completed it, you will be automatically redirect to the partner portal login's page.

6. You should able to see your account's home page in ArmourZero's partner portal. Congratulation!!

How to submit a deal registration

ArmourZero values transparency and fairness in every engagement, ensuring that partners who bring and create opportunities are protected and rightfully rewarded.

 

Partners can submit new opportunities through the deal registration process in ArmourZero’s Partner Portal to ensure your interests are fully protected. Each successful and approved deal registered have a validity of 90 days and it can be extended from case to case basis with proper justification and constant updates.

 

Submit a deal registration

1. Access to ArmourZero's Partner Portal and login in.

2. Click on the "Deal Registration" under CUSTOMERS session. Fill up the new opportunity information with CUSTOMER (END USER) and OPPORTUNITY details.

3. Once the opportunity submitted, it will be under review. 

Notes: Look closely at the STATUS. Pending means it's under review.

4. An email of acknowledgement of received Deal Registration will be sent to you.

5. Once the review is completed, the outcome will be either Approved or Rejected

Notes: Look closely at the STATUS.  Approved means you successfully deal registered the opportunity while Rejected means you denied on the opportunity. Do speak with our sales team if you have any further enquiries on this.

6. An email of update will be sent to you if it's approved or denied.

How to view registered deal and its status

View registered deal

1. Access to ArmourZero's Partner Portal and login in.

2. Click on the "Deal List" under CUSTOMERS session. Here you can find all the registered deals.

Notes: Look closely at the STATUS

Pending     means it's under review.

Approved  means you successfully deal registered the opportunity.

Rejected    means you denied on the opportunity.

How to add and remove company's admin in the partner portal

You can add your colleagues or teammates to your registered partner account to collaborate effectively and keep everyone aligned.

 

Add company's admin in Partner Portal

1. Access to ArmourZero's Partner Portal and login in.

2. Click on the "Accounts" under STAFF session. And then click "Invite Admin".

3. A simple name and email to be filled up, then click "Invite".

4. The new admin can check his/her registered email and click "Register Now" to create an account and access to the ArmourZero's partner portal.

5. Once the new admin created the account, you should able to see her/she listed in the Admin Account.

 

Remove company's admin in Partner Portal

1. Access to ArmourZero's Partner Portal and login in.

2. Click on the "Accounts" under STAFF session. And click on the action button mceclip0.png that you intend to remove the admin.

3. Change the status from Active to Suspended, then click Save.
