Login to your account

Let's get started by login into your account.

 

Step 1 - Go to ArmourZero website at www.armourzero.com.

Step 2 - On the top right corner menu, click "Login".

Step 3 - Click "Sign in" to complete your log-in to your account.

Update general information

Your general information contains details such as name, email address, mobile number, and company name.

 

Step 1 – Go to the left side menu and click “Account Settings”.

Step 2 – Look for the detail you want to change and make amendments.

 

 

Step 3 – Click “Save changes” to update your information.

Update billing information

If you want to proceed to update your billing information, you can update your details in the address

 

Step 1 – Go to the left side menu and click “Account Settings”.

Step 2 – Click on the Address

Step 3 – Make necessary changes to your details.

Step 4 – Click “Save as Current Billing Address”.

 

Important Notes:

 

Company Address:

The company address you specify in ArmourZero should match the actual physical location of your office. This address will be used for billing and account-related purposes.

 

Account Currency:

The currency associated with your account will be based on the country you select when providing the company address. For example:

    • Malaysia: MYR (Ringgit Malaysia)
    • Singapore: S$ (Singapore Dollar)
    • Other countries: $ (US Dollar)

 

Country Selection: Once you select a country as your company address, the country selection in the billing address is uneditable. This means that you cannot change the country associated with your account's billing address through the regular settings or user interface.

 

If you need to change your account address to another country or make modifications to your billing address, you will need to contact the ArmourZero team via SOC ticket.

Change/reset my password

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.



Step 1 – Go to the top right corner and click on the profile icon beside your username.

Step 2 – After a dropdown appears, click on “Change Password”.

Step 3 – A pop-up will appear. You will have to input your current password and then proceed to input your new password.

Step 4 – After you are done, click “Save” to finish.

Notes

The password must follow the requirements which are, which contains 8 to 20 characters that include at least one uppercase/lowercase/digit/symbol. The acceptable symbols, for now, is @#$!%^&+=

Reset a forgotton password

Requirements

1. Access the email associated with your ArmourZero account.

This verification information helps ensure your account is only accessible to you. If you can’t access your email, you won’t be able to recover your password and may need to sign up for a new account.  

 

Step 1 - Go to https://www.armourzero.com and click "Sign In".

Step 2 - Click "Forgot Password" and enter your email associated with your ArmourZero account.

Step 3 - We'll send you the instruction to reset your password via email, kindly check your inbox.

Step 4 - Click "Reset Password" and follow the instructions.

Notes

Your new password must be different from previously used passwords.

Manage role and access

Role and access

Before adding new users to your console, it's important to understand the different between each roles. Each user within your account is assigned a specific role, and a user can only have one role at a time.

 

Role

Function of the role / Access

Super Admin

The highest level role in your account is “Super Admin,” and that is the person who signed up for this account for the first time. 

 

As the account owner, you have full authority over your ArmourZero account, granting you a complete control. It is important to note that only the Super Admin has the capability to invite new admin. 

Admin

The "Admin" role is granted almost similar to the "Super Admin" role. 

 

The only difference is that the "Super Admin" role has the exclusive privilege to invite new administrators.

Finance

The finance role is granted access to view and manage billing-related information within your account. This role specifically build for finance team to handle financial aspects, such as invoicing, payment processing, and other billing-related tasks. 
Technical Support

The technical support role is granted access to specific areas of the account, including the dashboard, services, device management, and SOC (Security Operations Center).

Invite my team

Before adding new users to your console, it's vital to comprehend the distinctions between each role. Each user in your account is designated a specific role, and a user can hold only one role at a time.

 

If you need further clarification, please read the role and access

 

To invite a new admin, follow the following steps:-

 

Step 1 -  Go to Admin > Account.

Step 2 - Select  "Add new Admin" and fill up the information.

Step 3 - Enter name, email, and roles

Step 4 - Click "Invite"

Suspend my team

You have the ability to suspend access for your team members from your organisation's ArmourZero console. When you suspend an account, the user will be unable to log in to their account.

 

Here's how to :-

 

Step 1 - Login via Super Admin account. Go to Admin > Accounts

Step 2 - Search for the user that you would like to suspend.

Step 3 - Click on the three dots "action" button and select "Edit profile".

Step 4 - Change status to "Suspend".

Update my team account password

If you suspect that your team user password has been compromised or someone else may have gained unauthorised access to your account, resetting the password is a crucial step to regain control and ensure the security of your account.

 

Resetting passwords regularly is considered a best practice for account security. It helps protect against various forms of cyber threats, including password guessing, brute-force attacks, and credential theft.

 

Step 1 - Login via Super Admin account. Go to Admin > Accounts

Step 2 - Search for the user that you would like to reset the password

Step 3 - Click on the three dots "action" button and select "Edit profile"

Step 4 - Update the password

This action only can be performed by the super admin of the account.

Transfer Super Admin account to new admin

If you are the current owner of an ArmourZero account and wish to transfer ownership to a new administrator, you can follow these steps:

 

Step 1 - Login to your admin account.

Step 2 - Settings > Account Settings > Profile Information.

Step 3 - To verify if an email has been previously used, click on the "Check Email" button. If the email is already associated with an account, please reach out to your Success Manager for further assistance. If the email is valid and available, proceed to step 4.

Step 4 - Please click on the "Send OTP" button. The One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the current owner of the account, ensuring a secure verification process.

Step 5 - Please check your email for further instructions. To complete the transfer of account ownership, you will need to add the One-Time Password (OTP) provided in the email. This step ensures the successful transfer of ownership for the account.
