The company information is crucial in order to ensure correct company's admin assigned and billing attention correctly. In additional, ArmourZero's ShieldOne able to price and invoice at local currency and your account's address will determine the local currency.
Supported currency :
- Malaysia: MYR (Ringgit Malaysia).
- Singapore: S$ (Singapore Dollar).
- Other countries: $ (US Dollar).
How to change your company information
This guide is for both ShieldOne and ScoutTwo.
1. Go to left menu and select Accounts Setting under SETTINGS section or click on your profile icon at the top right corner, select Account Settings.
2. Change or update information whenever necessary.
Notes:
The country selection on the billing address page is uneditable at your end. Contact our ArmourZero team via in-app SOC Ticket if you want to change your account address to other countries.
