When you install an agent or sensor on your devices, they are automatically recognized and linked to your subscription using license keys. The Devices page allows you to effortlessly monitor all connected devices.
There are times when the names of the devices on the page appear unregcognize. To handle this, we suggest compiling a list of all employee names for your company and asking them to change their laptop names to their respective names. The system will auto-update the laptop names accordingly.

Changing the device name on macOS is a straightforward process. Here's how you can do it:
Step 1 - Click on the Apple Logo:
In the top-left corner of your screen, click on the Apple logo.
Step 2 - Access System Preferences
From the drop-down menu, select "System Preferences."
Step 3 - Open Sharing Preferences:
In the System Preferences window, find and click on the "Sharing" icon.
Step 4 - Change Computer Name:
In the Sharing preferences, you'll see a field labeled "Computer Name" at the top. This is your device's current name. Click on it to edit.
Step 5 - Enter New Name
Type the new name you want for your Mac.
Step 6 - Close Preferences
Once you've entered the new name, close the Sharing preferences.

Changing the device name on Windows OS involves a few steps. Here's how you can do it:
Step 1 - Open System Properties
