If you've purchased multiple security products and assigned them to the same device owner, but later find that the device owner no longer requires a specific product, follow these steps to request offboarding.
How to request offboard?
-
Identify the device owner: Navigate to the Devices section and locate the device owner for whom you wish to request offboarding.
-
Review assigned security products: Check the security products assigned to the device owner. Identify the specific product that is no longer required.
-
Submit Off-boarding Request: Scroll to the end of the page to learn how to.
-
Provide details: In your communication, include details such as the device owner's name, the specific security product you want to offboard, and the reason for the request.
-
Verification process: Our support team will initiate a verification process to ensure the authenticity of the request. This may include confirming your identity and validating the necessity for offboarding.
-
Confirmation of offboarding: Once the verification process is complete, you will receive confirmation of the offboarding request. The specified security product will be removed from the device owner's profile.
If the device owner requires other security products that were not part of the offboarding request, ensure that these products remain assigned to them for continued protection.
