Before we start making your first dashboard, let's figure out what you want to keep an eye on. This way, we can create a dashboard that really matters to you.
Scenario 1 - Keeping an Eye on Cybersecurity Assets
Handling assets might seem tricky. ArmourZero makes it easier by guiding you to create a dashboard that shows how well things are going. It can be tough to quickly see how many assets are safe and active after deploying them.
Note
In ArmourZero, there's another helpful feature called Subscriptions. Think of it as your main page for checking all your devices, including things like paid licenses, reduced requests, or potential overuse.

To make a custom dashboard for this situation, we recommend getting familiar with the terms used for cybersecurity assets for each product that convey the same idea.
What's the terminology used for Cybersecurity Assets?
1. Email Protection as-a-service powered by Avanan
For Avanan, it's 'NA' (Not Applicable). This is because the product is installed on the cloud server rather than the endpoint (cybersecurity asset).
2. Endpoint Protection with EDR and Threat Intelligence as-a-service powered by Crowdstrike
3. Endpoint Next-Gen Antivirus as-a-service powered by Crowdstrike
CrowdStrike names its cybersecurity asset as 'Host.' Here's how you can find it on the platform

4. Endpoint Antivirus as-a-service powered by WithSecure
5. Endpoint Protection with EDR as-a-service powered by WithSecure
WithSecure lists cybersecurity assets under the 'Protection Overview' page, Devices Report, and List of Devices.

6. Web Protection as-a-service powered by DNSFilter
You can locate your cybersecurity asset in the device list for DNSFilter.

7. Patch Management as-a-service powered by Automox
You can find your cybersecurity asset in the device list for Automox.

Once you understand this terminology, it's time to create your dashboard.
This is one example scenario available for use cases where your ArmourZero account has more than one subscribed product. If you have different data you would like to track, reach out to your Success Manager for the best advice on what data to display on your custom dashboard.
