You can monitor all connected devices on the Devices page.
If the number of devices using the license exceeds your purchased amount, additional licenses will be billed to you.
This page will guide you on tracking licenses that are being used excessively.
- Go to the left-side Menu.
- Find "Subscriptions" under Manage.
- Click on "Subscriptions."
On this page, if the number of installed devices exceeds the purchased license key, Active Users will be highlighted in red.
In simpler terms, red indicates that the license has been overly used beyond the purchased quantity.
In such cases, our in-house Security Operation Center (SOC) will contact you within the next 24 working hours to verify the license usage.
If it's a mistake, you can request to off-board the devices. Off-boarding the devices does not apply if you are subscribing to Email Protection as a service, as the product does not have a unique license key and is not installed on a physical device. The product is entirely based in the cloud.
If it's a valid usage, our team will guide you on how to proceed with the add-on license process.
