When you install an agent or sensor on your devices, they are automatically recognized and linked to your subscription using license keys. The Devices page allows you to effortlessly monitor all connected devices.
However, there may be instances when your device user accidentally installs the license on the same device twice. This duplication is identified through the device name.
Our dedicated SOC team steps in to carefully inspect the device list, identifying any cases of duplicated installations. They meticulously review device details to confirm whether they genuinely represent the same physical device.
Following this, the SOC team will communicate with you via a SOC ticket to verify device details. If it turns out to be a mistake, our SOC team will assist in removing the duplicate entries, streamlining the process, and preventing confusion in device tracking
