At ArmourZero, any request related to your service can be submitted via your account. To begin to login into your account and follow the below steps:-
Step 1 – Go to the left side menu and click “SOC 24/7”
Step 2 – Click “Add New SOC Ticket”
Step 3 – Fill in the new ticket request details starting with a title
Step 4 – Select your ticket request type
