An end-users is referring to an employee of your organisation in which you would want to assign them to ArmourZero's protection service.
- This step is only applicable for newly paid subscribers who just start a protection service with ArmourZero

You may skip this step and go to Step 4 - Assign purchased licence to your end-users , if you buy an additional protection services
- Adding end users to your account doesn’t mean assigning a protection licence to them. You still need to perform Step 4 - Assign purchased licence to your end-users to complete this process.
Next, ensure you have end-users details added to your account. If this is not already done, you can add end-users from this page.
There are two ways users can be added to your account;
- Add one by one
- Add by bulk import
Add one by one (individually)
To add an end-user individually, in ArmourZero console, hover over to the left menu > end users
Step 1 - Go to the left side menu and select "End Users"
Step 2 - Click "Add End User"
Step 3 - Enter the user's name, email, and computer name
Step 4 - Click "Add"

Where do I find the computer name?
WINDOWS 7
- Click on the Start button
- Right-click on Computer
- Select Properties
- Under Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings you will find the computer name listed
WINDOWS 8/8.1
- Click on the Start button
- When the launch screen appears, type Computer
- Right-click on Computer within the search results and select Properties
- Under Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings you will find the computer name listed
WINDOWS 10
- Click on the Start button
- In the search box, type Computer
- Right-click on This PC within the search results and select Properties
- Under Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings you will find the computer name listed
MAC OS X
- Click on the Apple logo in the top left corner
- Click on System Preferences
- Click on Sharing
- The computer name will appear at the top of the window that opens in the Computer Name field
Add end-user by bulk import
Step 1 - Go to the left side menu and select "End Users"
Step 2 - Click "Import List"
Step 3 - Drag your file to the box or browse for your file
Step 4- Click "Import"
