SW means Software. This status represent your licence key activation status.

How do I check my software/licence status?
Navigate : Subscription > SW Status
After your payment is successfully processed and verified, the next step is software (license) activation.
This licence activation will be done by your assigned Onboarding Manager. Your assigned Onboarding Manager then will be responsible to update your licence key and send to your account. Only then, your SW status will be changed to "Active" status.
Every paid protection service by ArmourZero is entitled to 15 days of complimentary onboarding. Your Onboarding Manager will get in touch with you within the next 48 working hours upon a successful payment.
Any add-on additional licence for your paid protection service is not entitled for complimentary 1-1 onboarding by ArmourZero Onboarding team.
You may check your SW status with the Onboarding Manager when he/she contacted you for the complimentary onboarding session. Do notes that your kind patience waiting for our team to reach out to you is highly appreciated.
