My end-user is not receiving the installer email
To fix this, we strongly recommend you ask your end-user to check their spam inbox. If the email is still not there, you may resend the download email.
Navigate: End-user > search for the end-user name (by email address)> click on three-dot button > send OB email > Select end user from the list
